Shortlisted candidates will be absorbed as Executive at Pan India Level close to their home towns. Following are the specifications & selection process followed by Kent.
| 1. | Qualifications | : Degree or Diploma in any stream from any AICTE appr. Inst. |
| 2. | Age in years | : Not exceeding 26 years as on 01.01.2019. |
| 3. | Possession of Bike | : It will be mandatory to possess a bike |
| 4. | Selection Process | : Through an Aptitude test to be conducted by ECI or Kent. |
| 5. | Orientation training | : 10 days induction training at Kent Training Institute. |
| 6. | Internship | : Five & half month internship in the field. |
| 7. | Vacancies & posting | : 1000 & posting will be given near to individual home town |
| 8. | Stipend | : Rs. 10000 per month will be paid in first 6 months |
| 9. | Absorption in Co. | : On successful completion of Induction & Internship. |
| 10. | Salary on Absorption | : Rs. 15000 per month. |
